Our factory is manufacturer in rolling shutter spring steel strips over 10 years,and rolling shutter spring steel strip is basic raw material(medium& high carbon steel) from which many various component are made,it is produced with a unique processing facility by heating treatment with hardned and tempered,the process improves the mechanical properites of the rolling shutter spring steel strips.the hardening process involves heating steel strip to above the crtitical transformation temperature for given and then rapidly coolin. this type of hardened and tempered steel strip can be mainly used in rolling door springs,rolling shutter springs,band springs,flat springs.etc to make sure the flexibility is better for rolling door spring when the door rolling down and rolling up and the rolling door flat band spring strip steel can't be broken when bending.
