in steel industry,different analytical techniques are applied to create new steel products to develop the manufacturing process,such as heating treatment with hardened and tempered spring steel strip,its application is rolling shutter springs,relling door springs,flat springs,band springs,building tools(trowels,putty knives,scrapers,agriculture tools.
In addition to contribue directly to heat treament process,since the advances in quenching and tempered process can reduce the large number of impurities in steels significatly,the analytical techniques with water and oil when heating treatment and response and high accuracy as well as high sensitivity are strongly required for hardened and tempered springs steel strip,furthermore,the progres in control tensile strenght,yield strenght,flatness,straighness,camber,surface,hardness,blueing.etc,which
dominate the mechanical properties of steel products.
