Our factory technique research
Our factory has 40 yeas experience to produce heating treatment steel strip.there are 8 hardened and tempered production line with 600tons per month.
after bringing in high tensile production line since1968,in order to improve the quality of blueing,we have already taking several technical research,which can take great part in improving the qulity of blue.what is more,we have taken three measures as below:
1)change the original stainless steel solid melting into blue furnace,making the hardened steel strip to blue after quenching
2)in the begining of the tempering furnace tube to open the flow oil mouth ,so that can reduce the quenching furnace tube oil and product oil/carbon.
3)Using the V-belt hydraulic plate,reducing the amount of oil when in the quenching furnace.
